Job Description:
Responsibilities
Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure
Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining operating systems, application software and system management tools
Create images and responsible for all OS deployment and backups
Provide in-house tech support for all levels within the SLA.
Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Work with the team to ensure projects are completed effectively and efficiently.
Provide technical guidance and operational instructions to users
Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for Network Printers, VOIP, and other peripheral equipments
Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking using Ticketing tool
Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and other peripheral equipments.
Educational Qualifications
B.Tech/B.E
Overview
Looking for canditate with minimum of 1 year of experience.
Skills Required
Knowledge of all operating system of Windows.
Think outside of the box to implement innovative and effective solution in IT.
Flexible and easily adaptable to any environment.
Self-motivated and work well independently
Willing to work in shifts.
Knowledge of Office 365.
Good communications and grammatical skills
