Job Description:

One-o-one connects with the employees on call / face to face
Recording and analysing the observations
Sharing the MIS with the relevant stakeholders and following up for the closures
Planning & Conducting team building events
Eligibility Criteria:
Any Graduate from any stream
Preferred skill:
Good communication skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication skill
Hands on with Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (MS Office)
Creative thinking ability, proactive attitude and drive for results
Flair for planning, managing and conducting all events related to employee engagement
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders
