In this role you will make your mark by focusing on creating the pipelines and platforms that other teams will use to power HPE Storage’s next generation offering. You’ll use Jenkins and Spinnaker to deploy to a Kubernetes and Istio platform that is running a fleet of microservices in AWS. You’ll focus on creating the automation to make running this platform as seamless and as reliable as possible. This will include refining and further building out the existing monitoring and logging infrastructure, which includes Prometheus, Humio, and Grafana. In this role you will also be part of an on-call rotation that supports this platform. In addition to these responsibilities a key part of the role is making the experience better for all the teams that rely on the pipelines and platform. The exact nature of what this improvement work looks like will continually evolve and vary over time.
