Job Description:
✅Key Responsibilities
-Monitoring execution of Maintenance DWM activities to ensure execution of various maintenance plans and shop floor Management.
-Trouble shooting of equipment and perform repair in DG and utility
-Spares planning and inventory management (Planned, Preventive, Shutdown or Breakdown)
-To identify the gaps & variance analysis in Maintenance KPI (Key performance Indicators) – Breakdown, PM adherence, MTTR, MTBF & Cost.
-To work on reduction energy consumption by optimal utilization of available resources & equipment.
-To Monitor TPM Activities to meet the effectiveness of people & system.
✅Skills Information
-Fault finding and diagnosis skill in utility equipment
-Understanding of Electrical Drawings
-Data management, Uploading & Downloading on Siemen & FANUC systems
-Strong analytical & communication skills.
-Understanding on pneumatic and air conditioner system
