Job Description:
Drives sales development and growth with assigned customer portfolio and newly developed leads, where needed with new projects/development programs.
Manages new leads and lead qualification within assigned customer scope. build and maintains relationships with customers and distributors.
Works closely with others and other Henkel departments to provide the best customer experience., Executes pricing actions.
Performs regular check of Supplier Portals incl. supplier news, quality / audit issues and production data updates of major accounts and Manages special requests incl. order release, credit limit, debit / credit / return goods.
Supports transactional processes to ensure compliance with corporate standards, e.g. price and contract management in the IT-system (SAP) or relevant tools.
Provides input to Manager on customer needs, business trends, competitive situations in territory and Coordinates with TCS to conduct line trials ,resolve customer requests and complaints.
Skills Required For Henkel Jobs 2022
Required experience into field sales management ,Direct sales and distribution management.
Relationship building and good Negotiation skills, Good computer knowledge.
Experience required minimum of 2 years PG qualified from reputed institute) and minimum of 3 year for UG from reputed institute.
Desire Education Engineering + MBA preferred
Other UG / PG degrees acceptable, if candidate is good & supported with relevant experience
Candidate must be energetic, hungry to grow and a go getter.
