Job Description:
The Headout Culture and Talent team is looking for a passionate, results-focused Recruiter who is fanatical about finding bar-raising diverse technical talent and delivering an amazing experience for each applicant.
This Recruiter will be involved with Non-tech recruitment at Headout. You will play a critical role in the non-tech recruiting funnel and deliver top talent across various high-impact business development teams.
Headout has a presence in 70 cities and is in the process of expanding to 150 cities with the support of talent hired by the internal recruiting team. Now isn’t this massive, and who would not want to be on this rocket ship?
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and co-create JD and role dossier
Develop and plan recruiting strategies around sourcing, branding, candidate experience, and communication
Educate candidates on the career growth potential, benefits, compensation philosophy, and the many advantages of employment, selling both the firm and the opportunity
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
Conduct regular check-ins with Hiring Managers and department heads to give an active view of the hiring plan/strategy
Conduct market research to educate hiring managers and bring them up to speed regarding what's happening in the talent industry
Actively engage with the offered candidates and ensure they're on track to join the Co.
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Test out new approaches to talent attraction, experiment with technology, and aim at improving processes.

Experience in full-cycle Sourcing until Onboarding a resource.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable making decisions independently
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of internal stakeholders
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
