Job Description:
The Head External Affairs will lead External Affairs, Land Matters, and Rehabilitation & Resettlement (R&R) activities at VAML Lanjigarh.
The role will manage government relations and act as the nodal interface with Central, State, District, and Local authorities.
The candidate will lead land acquisition and management, including title verification, mutation, compensation, and dispute resolution.
The position will drive R&R commitments, compensation, rehabilitation, and livelihood restoration programs.
The role requires strong community and tribal engagement with local communities, leaders, and stakeholders.
The candidate will manage regulatory, land, socio-political, and community risks while ensuring compliance.
The position will provide strategic advocacy, stakeholder management, team leadership, and governance.
