Job Description:
The PeopleSoft Programmer(Lease Administration) is responsible for implementing IT solutions for the needs of the company. This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, planning, testing and implementing system enhancements and custom development for PeopleSoft ERP applications,also, performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management.
Designs/Develops/Implements business solutions using PeopleSoft Application focused around Lease Administration
Builds effective integrations with other applications using the latest technologies
Conducts code reviews for other developers on the team to enforce proper development standards
Collaborates with other departments within the organization to determine business needs, write technical requirements and specifications for new products or services
Analyzes project and program specifications; conducts analysis and determines necessary technology based on specifications
Designs and programs appropriate code, screens, reports, etc. necessary for applications using department standards and procedures
Oversees and conducts software developments through to fully tested and documented deliverables to the User community and trains super-users in the use of new system functionality or modifications to existing functions
Performs thorough program testing and document changes or enhancements to applications, code, or interfaces
Designs, implements, and supports new reporting tools
Supports PeopleSoft and various off-the-shelf applications
Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment :
Requires a Bachelor's Degree
Requires 5+ years of PeopleSoft programming experience
Requires experience with PeopleSoft Lease Administration.
