Job Description:

#Job Description:
1. Analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation and the ability to apply it to projects.
2. Pro-active problem resolution agent; identifies issues for managers and team members and recommends or implements solutions.
3. Designs and develops training for variety e-Learning courses.
4. Utilizes a variety of modalities.
5 .Designs outlines and storyboards.
6 Designs course materials to meet learning objectives.
7. Evaluates the effectiveness of training; Designs and develops evaluation methods and tools to determine the effectiveness of training, analyzes, evaluation data and communicates results and recommended changes to the business units.
#Desired Profile:
1.Freshers, Undergraduates and graduates, with basic computer skills and good verbal and Writing English.
2.Training will be given on e-learning tools like, Articulate storyline, Adobe captivate and Lectora to Design and Develop the E learning courses.
3.The candidate should be tech-savvy & familiar with some of the basic IT industry concepts.
4.A professional who is self-motivated and constantly interact with customers on the phone/web.
5.A strategic thinker with exceptional communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
6.Passion for learning and open to dynamic environment.
#Key Skills:
1. Must know Animation, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw and Adobe illustrator.
