Job Description:
The job holder will lead entire ground operations on North India City Logistics. The incumbent will have key stakeholders in form of support functions like - Control Tower, CX, Design, Fleet & Planning which will be responsible for the below activities: Monitor Last Mile and First Mile Operations and identify improvement opportunities To oversee capacity Planning, coordinating with Planning team and ground Operations
