Job Description:
Flexcube Developer responsible for configuring and optimizing Oracle FLEXCUBE CASA and General Ledger modules.
Translate business requirements into accurate FLEXCUBE configuration tasks.
Configure account structures, interest rules, fees, chart of accounts, and accounting events.
Perform impact analysis and end-to-end testing for configuration changes.
Work with QA teams to create test scenarios and improve application quality.
Support development, testing, and production environment configuration deployments.
Analyze production incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.
Monitor transaction, accounting, and batch-processing performance to improve system efficiency.
Prepare configuration documentation and user training materials.
Work with banking, operations, technology, and support teams to maintain reliable digital banking services.
