Job Description:
Rolls-Royce is hiring a Finance Lead, Credit Controller for its GBS Finance India team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. This role is responsible for delivering Credit Control services in accordance with defined processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), controls, and business requirements. The position involves analyzing customer creditworthiness and risk exposure, managing credit limits and credit blocks, supporting collections, resolving overdue accounts and disputes, and advising internal and external stakeholders on credit policies. The candidate will also support revenue invoicing, Letter of Credit (L/C) documentation, monthly financial closing, liquidity planning, accounting reports, and balance sheet schedules. Candidates should have 7+ years of relevant credit management experience and a Qualified Accountant, MBA, or equivalent Finance/Accounting qualification, with knowledge of SAP and Microsoft tools.
