Job Description:
An interesting opportunity to work as a first point of contact for CTS digital clients globally
Provide intelligent solutions to client issues leveraging expertise on CTS digital products, technologies and understating client workflows
Work closely with other internal stakeholders (Sales, Implementation, PD etc.)
Exhibit strong technical aptitude and problem solving skills
Get involved in future product development and new client implementations
Provide intelligent ground up feedback for workflow improvement
FactSet Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field
0-3 years related work experience
Strong understanding or experience with: Front- end: Java, Php, VueJs and Back-end: SQL, API (Java, NodeJs).
Experience with relational databases (SQL Server or MySQL)
Client facing experience
Able to work as part of a geographically diverse team as an individual contributor and within a team as well.
Excellent logical reasoning and troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills
