Job Description:
Job Description for the position of Legal Coordinator shall be as follows
Has to have an overall Experience of 0 to 2 Years.
Minimum Qualification shall be LLB.
Post Graduation in LLM is preferred.
Knowledge in Indian Contracts Act
Knowledge in Arbitration and conciliation Act
Knowledge in Limitations Acts
Knowledge in Indian and International Arbitration
Knowledge in various other relevant Act
Knowledge in infrastructure project works preferred.
Drafting and Vetting subcontracts, main contract amendments
Should possess knowledge in prolongation cost claims
Knowledge in Extension of Time application.
Must have knowledge in preparation of Delay and Disruption cost claims.
Must have a good understanding of infrastructure project works.
Good understanding of Contract conditions [FIDIC,NHPC, NPCIL, Bespoke type]
