Job Description:
Blue Dart is hiring an Executive – Customer Service in Bengaluru to deliver excellent customer support through inbound calls, shipment tracking, pickup and delivery coordination, and complaint resolution. The role also involves handling customer claims, coordinating with internal operations and tracking teams, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and maintaining service quality standards. Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
