Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Experience of 2G/4G Radio Network Optimization. 5G radio optimization experience will be a plus. Also Ericsson RAN Portfolio Knowledge
Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing
KPI Performance analysis & worst Cells Troubleshooting
Identify add-on sales opportunities
VoLTE E2E performance troubleshooting with the focus on audio gap optimization where applicable
LTE, and 5G parameter consistency checks, tuning, and optimization to improve efficiency, Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility etc.
Necessary feature implementation and recommend parameters settings to better data services
Implement, fine-tune and benchmark features implemented into the network in line with customer presentation and expectation.
Skills/experience in programming languages; (e.g., Python - Pandas & NumPy, Pyspark, Hadoop, Git repository or similar) is an advantage
Responsible for the overall E2E technical architecture of the Service. Deep understanding and knowledge and underpinning applications, infrastructure and data analytics that supports it, including competence in Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI)
To be successful in the role one must have
