Job Description:
Understand Financial Institutions (FI) and their products (i.e Banks, Credit card, Investment bank, Lender etc) as used by thier consumers
Configure these FI product features in Yodlee’s aggregation platform
Maintain configurations when there are changes so that users on the Yodlee’s aggregation platform continue to have seamless experience in managing their finances
Apply analytics on data to identify & handle performance issues
Support product team in testing
Provide insights on the variations seen across FI products and recommend improvements to the product
Work with customer care team to resolve issues reported by customers
Manage time and work to strict deadlines
Willingness to work on shift and weekend as required.
Analyze customer queries on the existing product.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
