Job Description:
Enterprise Technical Sales Specialist responsible for driving Meta Business Messaging and AI solutions across APAC.
Manage end-to-end enterprise sales, from prospecting and pipeline development to closing.
Design technical solutions based on client business and customer engagement requirements.
Build relationships with senior business, technical, marketing, and customer experience leaders.
Develop value propositions, business cases, commercial structures, and strategic client plans.
Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, operations, and business development teams.
Guide clients on Business Messaging, API, CRM/ERP integration, and customer engagement solutions.
Identify opportunities to leverage AI and Agentic AI to transform client workflows and experiences.
Drive revenue growth, new pipeline, competitive displacement, and client satisfaction.
Act as a trusted technical advisor and help enterprises move toward an AI-powered future.
