Job Description:
This is a position in a focused technical job-training program where you will leverage your information technology background to upskill yourself through a planned learning path that includes a certification curriculum and on-the-job training. You will be on the Software Engineer career track. You will learn C# programming fundamentals such as control structures, application configuration, File I/O, DB connections, and unit testing. You will become proficient in troubleshooting code issues and recommending bug fixes.
After the 2 to 3-month upskilling period, you will be assigned to support and maintain our products. In this on-the-job training phase, you would have senior team members providing supervision while coaching you on programming techniques/style, exception handling, regex, LINQ, web-forms, web-requests, Git code management, SQL views, etc. You must be a keen, logically minded learner and problem solver, and must have the aptitude to translate customer needs into action.
Qualifications/Skills
Fresh graduates with a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other Engineering disciplines from a reputed College/University
Exposure to C# or other programming languages
Sound understanding of OOPS concepts
Basics of database concepts (Normalization, DML, DDL etc.)
Differentiators:
~1 year experience in related technologies
Exposure to Rest/Soap APIs (Web services)
Familiarity with the .NET framework
Interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills to work with a complex user base
Have a passion and curiosity to learn and grow
Be committed to be adaptable and flexible while you discover your strengths and engineer your career
