Job Description:
Engineer – Application Support responsible for monitoring and maintaining application performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, application errors, and system problems.
Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and application enhancements.
Document application support processes and procedures for future reference.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on application functionality.
Participate in application testing and deployment of new releases and updates.
Monitor application reliability and help maintain stable business operations.
Follow security, data protection, and application support policies.
Work with Agile methodologies, ServiceNow, and Site Reliability Engineering practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement of application support processes.
