Job Description:
The EHS Officer will establish and maintain Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) systems at Britannia.
The role focuses on EHS management, legal compliance, risk assessment, and safety improvement.
The officer will conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Analysis (HIRA) and develop risk controls.
Responsibilities include EHS training, emergency response planning, audits, and incident management.
The role will promote a strong EHS culture through awareness programs, campaigns, mock drills, and training.
The officer will monitor, report, and analyze EHS incidents and near misses and coordinate corrective actions.
The position will support continual improvement, internal audits, statutory compliance, and EHS reporting.
