EFC Limited hiring for Sales Manager

We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic sales person to join our growing company as a Sales Manager for Kolkata location.

Experience: 2 - 6 years

Responsible for the entire business development for the region.

Identifying new sales leads-by means of calls, cold calls, visits to companies
Run Entire Sales Process, from Qualification of Lead to Closure of Deal
Align Product, Operations and real estate resources to support the overall business
Exceed Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Targets
Develop sales strategies to form healthy relationships with Corporate heads / decision makers to grow new business and also maintain relationship with existing client
Maintaining daily weekly and monthly reports, database management.
Be Creative thinker to work towards finding solutions to meet growing sales targets
Preferably from Real Estate (Commercial), Co-working space industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
