Job Description:
● Apply sound judgment, attempt to handle escalations independently but know when to escalate to leadership
● Proactively anticipate challenges and mitigate risk
● Provide weekly/monthly reports
● Manage employee grievances at level 1 on issues related to role/policies/culture etc.
● Manage the exits of employees.
