#Job Title- Reference Data Analyst
-Location- Bangalore, India
#Role Description
-In today’s highly regulated Financial Services sector, it is critical that Deutsche Bank adheres to these rules and regulations for all its entities throughout the globe. A significant number of these new regulations require Deutsche to obtain specific documentation directly from its clients in order to ensure compliance.
#Your key responsibilities
-Performing client perimeter operational processes and controls
-Identifying improvements to process and controls and driving through change initiatives along with the wider CPM Ops management team (including documentation of requirements, testing and implementation
-Working with teams across the bank (including but not limited to CLM, ORDS, off boarding, AFC, Business Execution Teams and Accountable Client Owners) to ensure that data is updated to accurately reflect the status of a file
-Handling escalations, conducting analysis, proposing solutions and managing stakeholder demands whilst retaining tight controls
-Preparing relevant Management Information to provide management and governance updates
#Your skills and experience
-Knowledge of client perimeter data and processes is preferable
-Knowledge of Know Your Client process and associated data (Reference Data) would be beneficial
-Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets (strong excel skills is essential)
-Ability to prioritize workload and demands in a dynamic working environment
Previous experience of leading change initiatives within an operational environment
