Job Description:
Database Engineer Consultant responsible for managing enterprise-scale Oracle database environments.
Administer and optimize Oracle RAC, ASM, Data Guard, GoldenGate, and Multitenant architectures.
Ensure database availability, performance, security, and reliability.
Lead database upgrades, migrations, modernization, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Support Oracle workloads across on-premises and cloud environments, especially OCI.
Develop database automation using Terraform, Ansible, Python, and Shell scripting.
Implement DevOps and CI/CD practices to improve database operations.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and support mission-critical applications.
Use monitoring, observability, and AI-driven capabilities to improve operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership.
