Job Description:
Profile: IT Support Engineer
Location: Bangalore
Qualification: Graduate
Administration Client Operating Systems: Windows 10 and later
Rollout of client computers and software
IT Help desk support
Support for MS Office 365 products.
Knowledge of EPABX, Access control, Telephone devices, IP Phones.
Monitoring and support of the network cabling and its components.
Knowledge on Trend Micro Endpoint solution or relevant Endpoint security softwares.
First- and second-level-support for the users ( Bangalore)
Knowledge on SAP B1 Client installation and Support (Optional)
Managing Video Conferencing room and system configuration.
Vendor/OEM coordination for all the service related issues.
Handling and troubleshooting Internet and Network Problem (Routers, Firewall, Proxy)
Knowledge on installation of Microsoft products (Visual studio, .net, Visio, Etc.)
Adobe and Autodesk license management (Autodesk Inventor, Maya, 3Ds Max,)
HP Workstations, Desktop and Laptop support and software troubleshooting
Print servers, MFD and network printer’s configuration and administration.
Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM
Basic knowledge Active directory services
Managing Windows clients and servers patch updates.
Knowledge on Remote desktops, VPN.
