Manage and monitor all installed computer systems and infrastructure
Resolve IT incidents and service requests using IT ticketing tools and ticket handling workflows based on defined SLAs.
Install, configure, test and maintain user machines (laptops, desktops and workstations) with required software tools as per the standard operating environment
Provide technical solutions to problems related to system hardware, software, mobile devices and network infrastructure
Support end users remotely using remote support tools.
Skills & Experience:
Analytical Skills, computer hardware experience, IT Installations, Strong communication skills both written and verbal, system engineer, Windows 10 Operating System
Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc/ BCA/ BCS/ MCA/ ME/ M.Tech
Batch: 2019/ 2020/ 2021/ 2022
