We are hiring for Customer & Sales Support Executive.

Experience: 0-4 years (Freshers can apply)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
 .Promote and sell our services to prospective overseas customers.
 .Reach out to potential customer leads through cold calling.
 .Managing the questions of the clients and clearing their queries regarding our services.
 .Serve customers by determining requirements and answering inquiries.
 .Must show the willingness to learn new things.


SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
 .Proficient in both written as well as verbal communication in English.
 .Excellent knowledge of MS Office & Internet.
 .Familiar with international variances in culture.
