Job Description:
Manage collection activities for Aditya Birla Capital's portfolio.
Drive timely recovery of outstanding and overdue payments.
Monitor collection performance and achieve assigned targets.
Coordinate with collection teams and field executives.
Track delinquent accounts and take appropriate recovery actions.
Maintain customer relationships while handling collection issues.
Monitor portfolio quality and reduce delinquency levels.
Prepare collection reports and performance updates.
Ensure adherence to company policies and collection processes.
Resolve escalations and support continuous improvement in collections.
