What you should have:
Experience driving winning marketing strategies for tech driven B2C organization(s) with brand positioning that can vary by product classification.
14+ years of progressive experience in planning, managing, and executing multi-channel, multi-segment marketing campaigns, with 6+ years in leading the marketing function.
Experience in developing outcome based strategies with confidence in data-led marketing. An ability to present information based on analytics.
Visionary with passion and drive –but not afraid to get your hands dirty. Ability to think on your feet, lead your team and change course quickly while doing multiple things at once.
Ability to set clear priorities with the Executive Team and rebalance based upon market direction and performance.
Solid research skills. You stay informed of current industry trends and advancements to be competitive in the industry
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills - with the ability to partner at all levels of the organization
Strong collaboration and team building skills
Meticulous with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Ability to develop and oversee complex initiatives and drive them to successful conclusion
