Job Description:

About the Role: We are looking for someone who will act as a champion for our operations team as we build a diverse and high-performance team.

Responsibilities: You would have following Roles and Responsibilities as a part of our Operations team:
• Tracking of shipment (Trucks) with related documentation validity as per individual customers' / SOPs / Govt Norms. for FTL & PTL domestic such as E waybill
• Ensuring regular MIS shared to internal and external customers as per requirement
• Co-ordinating with service provider for documentation (Loading Slip, POD, Vendor Payment, etc.)
• Upload and manage the Documents on Cogoport for the trips
• Ensure clean work on diver & truck expense management
• Ensure data accuracy for uploaded documents, ensuring zero loss due to errors in documentation
• Follow processes, SOPs, standards, and ensure compliance with transport regulations
• Review Work Instructions periodically and update as required to reflect changes and ensure compliances
• Communicate with stakeholders across functions to clarify the doubts in order to maintain documentation sanctity

1. Educational Background: Any graduate degree/ post graduate degree (Diploma in Logistics or any related discipline would be an advantage)
2. Work Experience: Documentation experience is preferred of FTL & PTL (Trucking)
3. Knowledge and certifications: Prior understanding of surface logistics specially trucking, freight or supply chain industries and their capabilities would be an advantage
4. Prior experience in Fleet tracking would be an advantage

Excellent eye for details, stakeholder management. Strong communications and interpersonal skills, Process-orientation, and business acumen.
