Responsibilities:
• Ability to easily grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text, graphics and process flows
• Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write end-user, technical, system, product and process documentation, based on client needs
• Ability to analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
• Ability to deliver high-quality and technically accurate content by means of successful collaboration with information owners
