Job Description:
Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and workers.
Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
Monitor site safety, enforce regulations, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain site reports, logs, and documentation.
Manage site logistics, including materials, tools, and labor allocation.
Inspect work progress, quality, and compliance with plans.
Resolve issues that may arise on-site, such as delays, material shortages, or design discrepancies.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities when required.
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the construction site.
