Job Description:
Who You Are
BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field with at least 5 years of customer support experience
You possess the aptitude to multi-task in dynamic environment
Experience with public AWS, Azure and Google cloud
Experience with private cloud platforms such as VMWare and Openstack
Experience with moving workloads between private and public clouds, etc.
Strong aptitude, and proficiency with Python/Perl/TCL
Strong background in Linux/Unix Administration
Desired Skills:
Ambitious, strong sense of ownership, teammate
Handle multiple tasks at once and work independently with minimal managerial mentorship.
Have experience in customer deployment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong team building skills. In this role you'll be work across departments and with other teams

Initiate and participate in interpersonal efforts to improve overall group productivity and test effect
