Job Description:
ITC Limited is hiring a Chef – Product Development for its FMCG/Foods/Beverage business.
The role requires strong food safety skills and professional culinary expertise.
The candidate should have expertise in Pan-Asian, Chinese, Mexican, Korean cuisines, and Indian breads.
The position will support the development of noodles and pasta formulations and application studies.
Responsibilities include recipe evaluation, sauce development, blended masala evaluation, and product innovation.
The Chef will participate in consumer immersion studies to understand regional taste preferences.
The role will support vendor sample evaluation, product development trials, and commercial trials.
