Industry: Real Estate

Education: Civil Engineers / MBA (Sales and Marketing) / Any Graduates
Experience: 1 Year and above in Pre sales/ Customer support, preferably in the Real Estate Industry / Non-IT / Freshers who are interested in tele calling.
Location: Bengaluru

Job Description:
1. Briefing about the residential project to customers
2. Promote sales of properties through tele-calling and follow-up
3. Act as an intermediary in negotiations
4. Handle customer support via calls, guide them regarding project details, and connect them to the sales team.
5. Communicate effectively with Managers/ Sales team on the daily appointments of visit schedule.
6. Handle leads from channel partner
7. Maintaining self-day-to-day reports.
8. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
9. Scheduling site visits and follow-up, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
10. Open to flexible work shifts and working on weekends with one week off on weekdays.
