Expectation from you: You will begin as an individual contributor, working in a team of go-getters to help spread the Byju’s way of Learning in your city. You would be showcasing the unique features of Byju’s to students and parents in personalized sessions and will be responsible for mentoring and sales in your designated zone.
Preferred Skill Sets:
• Have a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
• Interested in mentoring and guiding students.
• Having a knack for sales
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Academic Qualification: Any Graduation/ Post Graduation
Interview Process

2- PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Webinar
○ The webinar will be conducted by the Sr. Manager in which you will get a broad idea of the
company and the Job Role where you will also be explained the company’s expectations from you
and in return what you can expect from the company
○ Also, there will be assigned after the webinar which you need to submit before the personal
interview
● Personal Interview
○ Personal Interviews will be conducted by the Manager who will interact with you personally on the
assignment you have submitted.
● After clearing the Personal Interview You will be selected for the sales grooming and development program
(SGDP) which will be a 5-day training program which will be conducted virtually over zoom.
Preferred Skill Sets:

Academic Qualification: Any Graduation/ Post Graduation (Completed in or before 2022).
