Job Description:
Rolls-Royce is hiring a Buyer – Procurement Operations in Bangalore, Karnataka, India to support efficient, compliant, and value-driven procurement and sourcing operations. The role focuses on managing end-to-end e-sourcing events, including RFx activities and e-auctions, from initial setup through completion. The successful candidate will analyse supplier bids and responses, prepare bid evaluation reports, and support negotiation activities to achieve competitive sourcing outcomes. The position also involves supplier engagement, training, procurement data management, sourcing documentation, compliance, and supplier performance analysis. Candidates should have 5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience across direct and indirect categories, preferably within aerospace, defence, or complex manufacturing environments. Knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba, procurement governance, Lean, and Six Sigma will support success in this role.
