Job Description:
Manage overall operations of the Gold Loan branch.
Drive gold loan sales and achieve branch business targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Generate new business through local marketing and customer acquisition.
Ensure accurate gold valuation and appraisal as per company policies.
Maintain proper custody and security of pledged gold assets.
Monitor collections and control overdue accounts and NPAs.
Lead, train, motivate, and manage branch employees.
Ensure adherence to operational, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
Monitor branch performance, profitability, and customer service.
