• Project Manager for OE customers
• “Entrepreneur” of New Product devellopment projects
• Achievement of business targets with high impact on Division through management of
innovative solutions(Project Management)
• Set-up of Project-Charter and Project management plan
• Define Top-Level project schedule
• Assure achievements of project objectives and targets
• Perform Project Risk Management
• Ensure customer sample quality and timing
• Estimate and track project costs
• Project budgeting and control of project profit
• Prepare and present project status
• Track and control project-KPI’s
• Manage interface between customer and project team
• Lead & develop project team; issue project related instructions
• Decide within scope of the project
• Maintain all internal and external documentation
