Job Description:
The BOQ Executive will prepare and maintain accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for Titan's retail network development projects.
The role involves analyzing project drawings, specifications, materials, quantities, labor, and costs.
The position will collaborate with the Retail Design team to align BOQs with project requirements.
The executive will source and compare material and service prices to support cost-effective project execution.
The role will coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations and price negotiations.
The position will monitor project budgets, cost estimates, actual expenses, and BOQ changes throughout the project lifecycle.
The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of BOQ experience, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and construction materials.
