Job Description:
As an application administrator you will be responsible for:
Understand enterprise scale, integrated applications from a process/business perspective
Day to day support for all our Enterprise applications which are on Microsoft platform (Data Center, Cloud hosted and SaaS)
Design, build, and deliver automations that drive measurable business value
Understand how to apply technology to improve the operational effectiveness or efficiency of specific IT functions or applications.
Strong believer of innovation by coming up with new technology solutions and drive automation as and when needed.
Escalate issues appropriately that impact business systems, project delivery or customer satisfaction, following process and policy.
Build and maintain strong relationship with internal team, internal and external key stakeholders.
Continuously improves own skills and proactively seeks new learning and engagement opportunities.
Responding, documenting, customer communication and closure of incoming tickets as per agreed SLA and meet other organizational KPIs.
Active participation on ongoing IT projects and meet deadlines by completing tasks on time.
Effective documentation of process, policies and keep them up to date.
The normal working hours would be India general or EMEA shift.
