Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identifying & Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants or ADP's
• Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors
• Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity
• Groom Advisors for next level of partnership at BALIC.
•Preparing strategy & achieving targets on monthly, quarterly & annual basis
•Driving various competitions and club memberships
• Be financial planner to your customers assisting them in taking wise investment decisions for meeting their Life Goals.
Required Candidate profile -
•Candidate must have good communication skills in English & Hindi.
•Candidate should have presentable skills.
•Keen to work in a highly competitive environment.
• Right attitude & never -say- die mind-set.
•Achieving the given sales targets.
• Minimum 2 Years relevant Direct Sales experience in life insurance is mandatory.
Perks and Benefits
Salary - 19000 + incentive ( salary goes up to 40k to 50 as your performance and experience basis)
