Roles and Responsibilities:
• Identifying & Recruiting potential Insurance Consultants or ADP's
• Driving business targets through Insurance Advisors
•Coaching and preparing advisors for higher productivity
• Groom Advisors for next level of partnership at BALIC.
•Preparing strategy & achieving targets on monthly,quarterly & annual basis
•Driving various competitions and club memberships
• Be financial planner to your customers assisting them in taking wise investment decisions for meeting their Life Goals.
Required Candidate profile -
. Candidate must have good communication skills in English & Hindi.
· Candidate should have presentable skills.
• Keen to work in a highly competitive environment.
•Right attitude & never -say- die mind-set. Achieving the given sales targets.
