Job Description:
Amazon is hiring an Associate Marketing Manager for its RBS Retail Efficiency organization in Bengaluru. The role focuses on product marketing, brand protection, product authenticity, serialization, and customer trust.
The candidate will own major marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, develop go-to-market plans, create and scale Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs, and manage the complete marketing funnel from awareness and lead generation through enrollment, activation, and retention.
The role also involves developing lifecycle marketing campaigns, managing email/social/webinar initiatives, creating dashboards and performance metrics, and presenting business insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel or Tableau are required.
