Job Description:
Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers responsible for helping merchants successfully integrate Razorpay’s payment solutions. Own end-to-end merchant integrations from solution design to go-live, troubleshoot API, webhook, SDK, and payment integration issues, and drive operational excellence across SLA, MTTI, CSAT, CES, and escalation metrics. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to resolve technical issues, identify recurring problems, improve processes, and drive automation and AI adoption. Focus on team development, technical problem-solving, customer experience, and continuous operational improvement.

Payment or fintech experience is an advantage. Experience tracking and improving operational metrics, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, is required. Familiarity with Postman, Jira, Freshdesk, DevRev, or similar platforms is preferred.
