Job Description:
Customer Communication & Outreach
• Send daily dispatch reports, due payment notifications, and Pendo mails to the complete customer base every morning
• Manage afternoon outreach rounds including current order Pendo mails and follow-up communications
• Maintain a structured customer communication log and update it daily
Order Management
• Process incoming customer orders, manage order cancellations, and verify payment scrolls
• Call customers during the afternoon block to actively take and confirm new orders
• Track all order statuses and flag unresolved issues promptly
Payment Follow-Up
• Make targeted overdue payment calls each morning and dedicated due-payment calls each afternoon
• Confirm payment commitment dates from customers and log promise status
• Escalate unresponsive accounts and follow up on partial payments
MOU Tracking & Management
• Follow up on MOUs with own assigned customers and review all pending MOU statuses
• Update the MOU Sales Tracker daily and prepare next-day MOU summaries
• Identify MOUs nearing expiry, mark completed MOUs as closed, and escalate stalled ones
Pricing & Excel Management
• Maintain and update the Price Excel sheet with accuracy throughout the day
• Cross-verify pricing with customers during calls and flag discrepancies immediately
• Conduct a full Price Excel review at end of day, save, and share the updated version
Team Coordination & Reporting
• Attend daily team meetings, record Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and note all action items
• Prepare and share End-of-Day (EOD) summaries covering task completion, pending items, and escalations
• Liaise with internal teams on dispatch status, approvals, and pricing decisions
