Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities
•Organize and facilitate Training Staff to deliver and analyze approved New Hire and Developmental Training including but not limited to Collections, Customer Service,Telesales, Systems, Policies and Procedures, Leadership Development, Client Standards, company and industry guidelines, depending on programs and initiatives of concentration area.
•Assist with communication between Clients and Operations Departments to disseminate new information and areas of improvement to ensure training is completed to meet Client expectations.
•Assist with creating and developing client specific training materials and modules. •Actively pursue a team environment focused on the achievement of the goals and high quality standards.
•Create and submit productivity reports, New Hire training surveys, and New Hire performance to Training Management to communicate to Senior Management and Training staff to ensure training and skill retention effectiveness.
•Supervise Training Staff to educate Operations Departments of new policies, procedures, regulations, requirements, or expectations, and deliver training programs and procedures to effectively prepare Training staff to train employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of training and/or supervisory experience required.
Experience and understanding of adult learning methods and techniques.
Ability to coach and motivate both new and experienced employees to perform their duties.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment.
