➢RESPONSIBILITIES
➊Editing and Proofreading: Ensure content adheres to the company's style guide and maintains a consistent tone and voice.
➋ Content Creation: Occasionally, you may be required to create original content, such as blog posts, articles, or social media updates.
➌ Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain the high standard of content produced by the team.
➍SEO Optimization: Understand basic principles of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and apply them to content to improve organic reach and visibility.
➎Content Calendar: Assist in creating and managing content calendars to ensure a steady flow of content that aligns with marketing and promotional activities.
➏Content Performance Analysis: Analyse content performance using relevant metrics and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
➐Compliance: Ensure all content adheres to copyright and intellectual property laws and complies with industry regulations.
➤REQUIRED
①Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
②Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
③Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and familiarity with SEO best practices.
④Familiarity with digital marketing trends.
⑤Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
⑥Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
⑦Creativity and adaptability to develop engaging content for various platforms and industries.
