The AGM - HRBP Operations will manage the employee lifecycle and HR operations, including payroll, HR queries, documentation, compliance, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, retention, HR analytics, MIS reporting, and implementation of HR initiatives in coordination with business and HR teams.
